I create the illustrations on in Sketch (on the iPad), then transfer them to Photoshop on my Mac using the 'Open In' Adobe Desktop Apps' feature per above.I edit and finalize the illustrations in PS, then place them into Illustrator files containing each page's text, bleed lines, etc. There are many applications trying to provide the sketch look but this is a world apart because it teaches real manual modifications that are somehow in the middle between a photo and a real sketch, so the final result is not a “photoshop fake” sketch.
